Below are the terms of service for the correct use of DISCLOG. By contracting, recharging or using the DISCLOG BOT in any way, you will be agreeing to the same.

This term may be updated over time and your knowledge and link to it will be maintained as described.

01. PAYMENTS

1.1 In the entire subscription process, it is clear that since this is a digital service, there is no possibility of refunding payments made here;

1.2 Discounts are applied when accumulating months and this is a general rule for discounts on DISCLOG services;

1.3 Payments by customers residing in BRAZIL are only valid via PIX and for residents of other countries, PAYPAL. If any irregularity is found or a user is circumventing this rule, the refund will be made and the user will be banned for misconduct and will no longer be able to use the service;

02. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

We do not make service limitations clear, as there is currently nothing to be applied in this regard, however, it may be updated in the future and you will be alerted about any updates;

03. BANNINGS

3.1 A ban from the service may be applied in case of misuse of the tool, or abuse of the tool. In these cases, it is clear that the case will be exposed in the 🛑┃punishment, of course hiding private information, just to alert the user of the reason for the ban and the entire community as well so that it does not happen again;

3.2 The ban can be revoked, but in most cases it will not be possible unless it is a system error;

04. SERVICE SUPPORT

4.1 All support will be provided via TICKET and all service provided is recorded for the safety of the attendant and the requester;

4.2 We only offer support involving DISCLOG service, any other type of issue will be immediately disregarded;

05. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

5.1 All information registered for use by the DISCLOG BOT (such as IP, TOKEN, and any other information related to the linked TOKEN BOT) will be kept confidential and safe, saved only for the EXCLUSIVE use of the service offered by DISCLOG. Therefore, we recommend creating an EXCLUSIVE BOT for our services, so that in the event of a TOKEN leak, we can avoid any type of headache;

5.2 We guarantee the total security of information and that this information will never be shared or used in any way to harm any client under the security of opening processes;
